Her health care experience continued to grow and expand as she moved from serving as a Nurse Practitioner at Urology Care Clinic, Assistant Medical Director and Practice Manager for Frontier Medical Providers (FMP). Almost all of her career as a Nurse Practitioner has been in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine.
Endoscopy
Amy Surdam entered the health care field in 1996, serving as an RN/Office Nurse before moving on to the RN/Endoscopy Department then spending a majority of her time in the Emergency Department. After spending several years as an RN, Amy then pursued her Master’s Degree. While she was in graduate school, she held a faculty position at the University of Wyoming, assisting with facilitating the education of undergraduate nursing students in both clinical and classroom settings.
Amy began working as an FNP in 2017, caring for patients at Waterfall Community Health Center. Here, her experience as a Charge Nurse equipped her to handle high-complexity cases across an underserved population. Working closely with the Behavioral Health team to provide whole-person patient care, she addressed both chronic and acute medical needs pertaining to conditions such as liver disease, diabetes and anxiety.
In 1993, he started a 14-year tenure at Lafayette General Medical Center, where he held varying positions ranging from Nursing Supervision/ On-site Administrator on weekends for the entire facility to Hyperbaric Nursing and Wound Care.

Physical Therapy
In 1989, Frank James Garber, Jr. entered the health care field, starting as a Supervisor of Pool and Gym Treatment areas at Physical Therapy West. A few years later, he pursued a career as a Flight Nurse on a fixed wing aircraft for Acadian Ambulance and Air Med Services, Inc.
