Goshen Wash & Dry

While I rarely use laundromats and don't have much to compare this particular one to, I had a very poor experience here. I called up at 6:30 p.m. to find out when the last wash was and was told 9:30 p.m. Feeling that was pretty late on a Sunday for a last wash, I clarified by repeating the time. The woman on the phone confirmed. Knowing I had time, I took my time showing up and arrived outside of the laundromat at 7:56. I had to make a quick phone call, outside the window, in plain sight of the woman I later found out was the one I spoke to on the phone. Realizing my call was going to continue, I entered at 8:04 at which point my phone call was interrupted by the same woman to tell me that the last wash was at 8:00. Because I walked in 4 minutes after the last wash time, which I was told was 9:30, I was not permitted to make a wash. The woman was unapologetic about the miscommunication and did not, despite my visual and verbal disappointment, concede and offer to allow the wash to take place. Poor business.

I washed my own clothes there twice. During the drying cycle I went next door to get a bite to eat both times. Both times I left there a carhartt jacket light. Wouldn't go there again unless I had no plans to do anything other than guard my clothes. Do not take your eyes off of your things while there.
