Jack in the Box

Bad food- bad experience.

Went through the Drive thru and ordered a Jr. Jack w/ " free curly fies ".

I paid and after pulling out i openedopened the food bag to find a- tepid ( at best ) burger and cold, hard fries. They were not busy by fast- food standards. I returned with the fries- figured the burger wouldnt be too bad..and as i waited inside for fresh fries, i realized my burger would now be cold. I stated/ complained about it and the manager asks what kind of burger it was. I told him and assumed i was getting a FRESH burger to go with my FRESH fries.

Not looking in the bag, i gave the cold burger to a vagrant and pulled out onto the highway. When i opened the new bag, only fresh fries were there and i was mad.

What kind of lazy, inept people are they hiring?

I will never go back there and i will make sure i steer others away!

Worst ever!!

This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. The staff was very very rude. The lady doing the drive thru made a very unprofessional comment that offended me while I was ordering. When my entire order was messed up instead of fixing it they acted like it was no big deal and treated me horrible. The girl that was taking orders at the counter was leaning her armpit on the cups as she took orders. Disgusting. And when I said something to her about it she just left her nasty armpit on the cups. I will never eat here again. I will literally go out of my way to the opposite end of meridian to another Jack in the box. If I ever go again that is. I made a complaint to corporate and they never made contact back with me.
