Wonderful dermatologist! Only dermatologist I will see! She fixed my acne and acne scaring and I have new confidence thanks to her. Extremely intelligent, compassionate, amazing physician! Highly recommend!!!

I have a few shallow acne scars from those awful hormonal years--nothing too horrible but it affected how I saw myself and I wanted the marks gone! I thought a laser could smooth and resurface and after hearing so much hype and respectable SOUNDING "reviews" from ads and radio spots, I booked my consultation. Don't let yourself be fooled!



These people prey on the vulnerability of acne sufferers who are desperate for a fix--YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE!



The room was packed with other hopefuls and when I finally got into an exam room--the snazzy "used car-salesman" girl (PA Chu) looked my skin over under light and gave me a handmirror. "Look--you are decent looking but you would look AMAZING if you had clear skin (duh?) We can give you that clear skin but only if you are serious and willing to invest in it." This cheerleader was telling me everything I wanted to hear and he brought the Dr. in who said "Yes, of course--the treatment will work" She then told the car salesman girl to put me on the line to financing. I am on the telephone with some other woman who is now telling me the treatments will cost THOUSANDS--almost $10,000 if I heard correctly. (is this a joke?!) but since my credit is great, they could finance me no problem.



They were pushy to get a hold of my credit card number, but while I was debating this huge investment, my intuition kicked in and I told them to "nevermind" and I hung up the phone. Best decision I ever made!



DO NOT GO HERE--find a dermatologist who is not after your wallet. There are some that truly want to help you get clear skin--their reputations depend on it. These guys reputations are driven by money--they only have good reputations because they paid a lot of money for it--all those ads and billboards are part of the sham. Do not buy into it. A top of the line laser treatment for getting rid of acne marks SHOULD cost $3,000 and under. At this place you are not paying for quality or the best in the field. People can operate a laser after attending a 2-day training class--it does not mean they are experts and it definitely does not mean they SHOULD be operating a business that flaunts laser technology to cheat desperate customers out of thousands of dollars.



The PA in this office is mentally ill and morally bankrupt. Her name is Chu. She cares about one thing-MONEY. She puts on this act like she is so sweet and kind, but it is just an act.

I feel really bad for leaving a negative review but I want to make sure I advise people so they can save their money and false hope. So I went here a few years back when I was 18 trying to help with my acne and scarring. I went in with my mom and spoke to the fancy guy with the suite and they just feed of every insecurity you have dealing with acne. They had me take off my makeup and hold and mirror and asked what would you change about yourself. They are smart they make you look at yourself and remind you how much you want to change and they make sure you remember how much you hate looking in the mirror. Anyone with acne know looking and having no makeup is torture and just reminds you . So I cried and my poor mom( single mom) cried to and asked how can you help her it hurts me to see her always so insecure and hurting over this.



So they offer packages and blah blah with treatments that would help. My acne wasn't horrible and my scarring either but it feels like it is to me u know. So they said 8 to 12 treatments should do it and we can offer this . Prices were wow and my mom is a single mom so we only got 4 treatments. Sooo I got the four and all his rx face washing pads and creams . Lets me just say noo difference I mean I didn't except perfection but I thought I would see a lil change and nope nothing. The doctor told me I had Benign acne and could not help.



My advise please before going here research your options and know they feed off the insecurities you have so don't let him.



The staff at this place are foul and rude. They are so insensitive to the patients that they sit around and gossip about the patient's skin conditions. They say hateful things about their patients both in and outside the medical office.



After paying for the treatemtns the office manager then tried to bill extra to my insurance. What a bunch of rip off artists



This is the worst unprofessional business I have ever expereinced.
