His office personel is great and answers any question you may have to get answers you need.great ,i use him anytime i need attorney, or just for standby.

i don't know the whole story of what happened with my friend but while i was there Mr Hattox seemed genuinely concerned for his well being even though we were all we could afford.

What a great Lawyer this man is, and what a great staff he has! Doesn't hurt that he was District Attorney in Hood County for 17 years and knows everyone! I had a DWI 2nd offense that he was able to get dismissed due to his due diligence and knowledge of the law! He was VERY reasonably priced, and has helped me out when my truck got keyed and the detective avoided my phone calls. I have referred several friends to him and he was able to successfully help them as well. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Mr. Hattox! This guy is a joke. All he cares about is getting your money. He makes big promises and does not deliver. He should be disbarred!!

I have never experienced a human being as horrible as Richard Hattox! He is a cold hearted liar! Please save yourself the grief he has caused my family and I and do NOT trust this man! Richard Hattox is nothing more than a thief! He will overcharge you and do absolutely nothing. I am taking him to court. He is a disgrace to all attorneys. Do yourself a favor and find an honest attorney, not a crook!
