Jeff Monsey is very unprofessional, I called him to my house for a water heater job, when he arrive at my house my garage door was open, he enter my garage and started messing with my stuff without my prior authorization and he took the paper work from my water heater as revealed by the surveillance camera in the garage. when I did not agree to his high price to installed a new water heater, Jeff Monsey threatens to put my house under a list that I do not know and he went on to cut the water supply to my house off. I called the police on him for that illegal act. My house was without water for that weekend until the city came to turn the water on. He is very unprofefessional and very dangerous to be around your home.

My experience with Monsey & Son was great. My gas was cut off and i needed them out pretty fast to do a pressure test on my gas pipe to get it back on. Called and was given a quote over the phone which was very helpful. The price was competitve as well. Jeff was able to come out to my immediately. He realized the rush i was in and worked as fast he could to help me out. He went to get the permit and was back in no time to do the testing. Testing went smooth. Because of Jeff's quick response and quick actions, i was able to get the city out for their inspection and ultimately get my gas cut on expeditiously. I highly recommend anyone with any plumbing issue to try Monsey & Son. Jeff was very knowledgeable, helpful, fast, and they have competitive prices. Can't beat that.
