Grand Prairie Advanced Eyecare, now part of MyEyeDr.

I really wanted to like this place....but after being told my glasses would be here on a certain day, then, turns out it will be almost 2 weeks, AFTER i had to call them to ask, kind of overshadowed the service. If you cannot do something, DONT promise. I guess i will not be coming back here.

This place is AWESOME!!!!. The doctors are super nice and personable, while still being highly professional. They work quickly but very efficiently. They took the time to explain procedures and answered all questions I had for them with no problem. The office staff made me feel very welcomed and didn't treat me as just another copay. The wide varieties of frames made choosing the right frame for me easy( and didn't brake my bank account in the process =). I would recommend any and everyone I know looking for an optometrist to this office. They Rock!!!!!!

The short time I waited was great! The staff got all the necessary information needed and I was in the exam room within 15 min. I saw Dr. Danny and he did a great job on the exam. I was having trouble with dry eyes and was prescribed drops that has helped.

I will be returing to this location. Wonderful selection of frames waiting for my next office visit.

Service I got was superb. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere with a great staff that worked together to make sure everyone knew why we were there. Take most insurances and had all the information about our insurance so we didn't have to wait. They also had name brand frames such as Versace, Prada, CK and Coach frame which I like. Advanced Eye Care is the place I will go to for all my eye wear need. The Dr.s were pleasant and made me feel at ease and communicated with their staff on what we needed. I will diffidently come back !!!!!
