The worst place to call. We started this ordeal in November of 2014 and still do not have our windows in. The installer came out to measure, then called a week later and said he had to measure the inside. Fine, then said the windows would be installed by Christmas. We paid for half of the bill and Christmas came and went with no call. We called them and was told windows came in damaged and would be another couple weeks. After a month we called again and they said he would come out that week. We made sure that somebody was there and after he showed up he said the windows were the wrong size and would be right back. No call no show and now it is March and they will not answer our calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

Fast quality service! No pushy sales reps. The contractor (Norm) comes out (he's very nice), gives you a free quote & that's it. No one hassling you. He gets the job done at half the price of 'Hansons'.

Norm did a great job installing our windows. Everyone we worked with was kind and informative. The price was right too!
