They always tell me someone will call me back. But they never do. We had triple pane windows with premium frames installed in the whole house. Have cold air coming in and frost on inside. Can’t get anyone to take care of issues.

The whole crew was very hard working, getting work completed in spite of very cold conditions. They worked well together and took the job on professionally. Tom Janes was very helpful and sincere in helping me with the process. Adam is a very polite, generous young man and like one of my children in every aspect. I couldn’t imagine it could be done in winter and that I would be as calm and pleased at the results. I know I will enjoy it in the spring as I can get out. Several of my neighbors have given very fun adorable remarks. I even got my driveway shoveled. Job well done. Thank you!

I contracted Avalon Building Concepts to get a bid on a new roof. The roof on the house was metal,and well over 50 years old. Doug came and look over the roof, clearly explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I was very pleased when about 10 minutes after he left, he returned and said there had been a mistake the house was not as large as his assistant measured. His honesty won me over and saved me $2000.00.

The work was professionally completed exactly as planned. I could not be more pleased. I even called and asked him to come back and do the eaves and downspouts. I would recommend Avalon without hesitation.

The gentlemen who installed our windows were very professional and did a quick job in setting them during install. The also cleaned up their work area nicely.

The best of the best! From beginning to end total satisfaction. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They understood what I needed and did not try and sell me something I didn’t. The crew worked their tails off in frigid temperatures. I have already received many compliments from my neighbors on the new roof and oh yeah, I like it too.

Fast response to replace and repair front porch wood when a leak was found. Over all our new roof and gutters look great.

When I discovered that I needed a new roof it was a little overwhelming! I went ahead and scheduled three estimates from different companies. The first two were absolutely horrible so I was not looking forward to the third. When Jason showed up, I immediately got a great feeling that this guy wasn't going to be at all shady and very forthright and nothing but honest. Jasons presentation was flawless and I knew I was going to go with Avalon just because of him and his approach!!! The finance crew was awesome as well. They spelled out everything that I had to do with the upmost professionalism which made everything very easy. When the crew showed up, they went right to working stayed focused all day; their work was great and commitment to finish timely was awesome! They did a great job. GREAT PRICE - TREATED US GREAT! The crew was on time and fantastic. Cleaned up everything when they were done, even did thorough clean up off the site. What I was amazed of - Did the whole job in one day. Very hard workers. The roof sets over house above others in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the crew.

We are very happy and satisfied with the workmanship and cleanup of our roof installation. It looks very nice and it didn’t take more than half a day to complete the work. They did such a great job protecting our windows and the rest of the house during the tear off.
