ANGIES LIST REVIEW: September 02, 2011 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $150.00 Home Build Year: 1999 Description Of Work: Repaired 2 toilets that were leaking from the base. One of which was not sitting flush to the floor. Member Comments: I tried to contact several other handymen to come and repair 2 toilets that were leaking. After not receiving any responses I called Bob at about 1:45 on Thursday afternoon. He tried to walk me through some trouble shooting ways to fix it myself. After discussing it with him, we decided he needed to come out and fix it himself. He told me could could come out Friday afternoon. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost as long as he wouldn't have to go get extra parts. he informed me he would be here about 10:30am after a meeting he already had scheduled. I received a phone call at 10:20 Friday morning letting me know the person he was meeting was running late so he would be a little later than planned. I was very appreciative of the call. He arrived at 11:15 and after looking at the toilets, he had to run to the hardware store to get some needed parts. He (and his helper) were here for just under 2 hours and repaired 2 toilets. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again for any future needs.
