Awesome. I've had my 3 and 6-year old boys there for a year now. So far, never a problem. Many days when I arrive to pick up, they are having so much fun they don't want to leave! They are always doing new and different activities. A great, safe environment.(this comes from an overly-protective parent FYI). Please check them out. With owners on site, you know you're in good hands.

This is a response to snowraven2101/10/2013. She stated that our fees went up without notice and the current fee of $205 went to $208. This information is incorrect.

We sent out notices of our rate increases 6-weeks before they were instituted explaining exactly what the fee was for. This information is also found in our contract for services.. The regular fee was $198 for her age group. Then we instituted an arts & science fee of $3, bringing her weekly total to $201 not $205 +$3.

This fee stays right in the child's classroom. We have used this fee to bring in a magician, a puppeteer, and a story teller. We use this money to take field trips to the zoo and Children's Museum, the pumpkin patch, and other trips that get our young child out into the world to explore.

I am very happy with the daycare services that EDWE has provided for my children for the past 2+ years. I was immediately comforted with their open engaging atmosphere - lots of colors, activities, and happy kid sounds. I was even more impressed with the learning curriculum that they have incorporated into their classrooms. My son will be leaving for kindergarten soon and is completely ready for the academics! I truly hated not being able to stay at home with them, and it was important for me to find a place where they were not just another kid or number. I have been so grateful that their teachers invest so much of their time, effort, and love into helping my children grow up well rounded and loved. Miss Donna and Miss Kelly - You guys are AWESOME!

While most of my experience has been positive, there have been a few bumps along the way. Anytime you have a brand new daycare starting out - there are bound to be a few hiccups with new software and new policy. I was actually very impressed with how well the owner, Cara, and director, Julie, handled all the changes and policies. Anytime I had trouble, I just talked to them. They actively listened to the concerns and then addressed them quickly.

Overall, a great daycare and definitely worth checking out.

WOW! First of all, I'd like to say how disheartened I am to read such negative reviews on our daycare center! Our kids have been going to this center since birth and I appreciate all they have done (and continue to do) for our kids and family. As much as I would love to be a stay-at-home mom, it just isn't an option for us. As many working parents can agree, deciding on who will spend more time with your children than you do; is understandably one of the most difficult choices we have to make. We want to ensure our children feel loved, while having fun and learning through play/discovery. The staff at EDWE treat our children like their own family =0)

The environment at Every Day Wonders is very loving and comfortable. As a parent I can appreciate the daily routines and structure that is provided to ensure stability, while not feeling to regimented. Whether you need childcare for traditional or non-traditional hours, EDWE is more than flexible and accommodating regarding availability (even open on the weekends and until 11:30pm!) They even offer special “Slumber Parties” or Date Nights for the parents; especially around holidays-ie: Black Friday/New Year’s Eve etc. I hope you find this review helpful because I know exactly how hard of a choice this is to make. I will continue to recommend EDWE to friends, family, co-workers or anyone looking for a daycare center!

Everyday Wonders is a great place!!! My experience was awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking childcare services. It was urgent that I needed a center for my child and Everyday Wonders came through in a pinch. The staff was great and welcoming and the center was clean and orderly. My daughter was eager to go everyday.

bad service

This place is a joke. The staff is rude and doesn't not communicate. The owners make decisions without informing employees. They have no idea how to run a business. They allow the staff to be rude to each other and gossip about parents in front of children. Its really sad the people they allow to work there. The preschool room teacher can usually be heard yelling at co workers and being rude to parents. This place is run terribly and I'm sure will eventually go out of business. Don't let the overly nice owner influence you.

The previous review is almost identical to mine. The only reason we chose this day care was because they had longer hours. However, we found that we were constantly being overcharged. I am one of those people who always reads disclosures and we only got one page of disclosures. We paid 205 a week for daycare, but then out of nowhere they charging us 3 dollars for a craft fee. Ok no problem, just please let us know before you start charging us. Then we would get a phone call and say we have to pickup baby because she was sick. Sometimes I'd pick our daughter up and she'd be fine as soon as I picked her up. Sometimes they would even ask us to pick us up by exaggerating her condition because they knew we had in laws to pick her up. If you don't pick up your child within an hour of within when they cal you they charge you $25. Problem is I often work as much as 45 minutes away so unless I get their call right away I always get charged. Finally they told us they were accepting credit cards and charged us 4% without telling us there was a surcharge. These small fines are fine but just let us know a head of time before you start chargin us. It worked out to be an extra $100 bucks in months my wife would pay in fees. Lastly, my wife and I always paid as agreed but they started charging us a week in advance before services were performed. Who does that? My wife and I ended up finding a nanny for the same price that house cleans on care.com and it was ridiculous that we ever did a daycare in the first place. Definitely would not recommend. They overcharge and they don't staff enough people to take care of the kids. My daughter on average would have 4 or 5 diaper blowouts a week because they would never change her. In a year's time my daughter at home with my wife and I has had 3 blowouts! Stay away!

Well I loved this place at fir...

Well I loved this place at first. The owner Cara has a PHD in childhood development and informed me that all her employees were either equaly qualified or currently in school. I thought there curriculum sounded interesting and was pleased that my daughter would be attending. However, I soon realized that many of the employees had poor attitudes and there was many occasions that I picked my child up with soaking wet diapers and dried snot on her face. Also, I was overcharged on multiple occasions and when trying to figure out the charges I went in circles with three different women who are in charge of Invoices but conveniently know nothing about them. When I confronted the owner Cara, along with another employe, they got extremely defensive and refused to admit they did anything wrong. When I told them I might have to go with a different Day Care if the problems could not be resolved I was shocked to hear the owner tell me "she encourages me to find different day care." I did Day Care for three years and I would have never treated a parent that way. They were very unwilling to correct any problems. I was also displeased with how misinformed most employees were. Lack of communication was defiantly an issue. I love the idea of the Day Care they are trying to run but there is no doubt that the business side of this company is seriously lacking as well as the commitment to its clients. I would not recommend this Day Care to anyone.

I am so sorry that this parent did not enjoy her experience with us. Her complaints were many as we tried to keep up with changing schedules and we tried to resolve each one the best we could at the time, up to and including writing off some of her fees. She enrolled with us early in our business and at a time when we were establishing a new invoicing system. As a young company, we try our best to meet the needs of all our families but unfortunately some people are not accepting of our efforts. Other Everyday Wonders parents are happy with our services. We would be glad to supply letters of recommendations if requested.
