I read another review that said they never felt so dirty after leaving the dealership. I agree. I liked the Hyundai I purchased but would NEVER purchase another one again! My vehicle started burning oil. They agreed to perform a consumption test. I was asked to bring the vehicle in three times in 500 mile increments. I inquired about that because other dealerships I called said it was every 1,000 miles. After the second test they forgot to put the oil cap back on. After I drove away I smelled something burning, pulled over, lifted the hood and oil had spewed out all over the engine. I drove back and the guy kept adding a random amount of oil without measuring anything. When I questioned it I was told they do this all the time (as if he was offended by me asking a question because I'm a woman) and when pressed he never answered my question. This place doesn’t like smart women or a woman who questions anything. It’s a very misogynistic place. I was right the consumption test is done every 1,000 miles. Since they screwed up the first consumption test they agreed to do it again. During the second one when I asked to see the dipstick they told me they're changing their policy and they're taking the car back to the shop, obviously so I couldn't see the amount of oil burned on the dipstick. This is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with any dealership. The way I am being treated as a woman is completely unacceptable. It’s a “good ol’ boy network” operating there. I would never buy another Hyundai ever again! It's hard to believe this sort of treatment is endorsed from Jarrod the manager of the dealership all the way down to Claude the shop manager. Unreturned emails and phone calls, unpleasant in person encounters and the worst customer service once you give them money and buy one of their cars. Do Not allow the 100,000 mile/10 year warranty to sway you it’s worth NOTHING when you need it. I am extremely disappointed, so I cannot recommend buying a Hyundai. They had lots of chances to do the right thing and never did.
