Great Lakes Chemical

I have been in contact with the company several times and have had the worst customer service. The staff is very rude and unconcerned. The services are overpriced for what you get. I have a package that I get an annual sealant applied to my vehicle and they charge me $15 to wash the car first, this should be included considering how expensive the package is. The worst part was my car was not even clean, I could have done better with a bucket and a sponge in the driveway. I will be moving out of state and wanted to know what my options were with the 5 remaining coupons. I was given two different stories as to whether I could transfer them to another customer or not. In the end I was basically informed I could use them or throw them away. I hope they enjoy the free money because it is not worth my time.

The guys at Great Lakes Chemical in Grand Rapids are the ABSOLUTE BEST! You won't find better customer service anywhere! They truly care about you as a customer and do an amazing job on your vehicles! They have a customer for life!

I've gotton my cars detailed in the past by some companies but nobody has done the work Great Lakes has done for me. These guys were educated professionals and the facility was awesome and very clean. I highly recomend if you want to get your car detailed this is the place!
