Worst customer service ever! Normally i would understand when a company man is having a bad day. But a bad year? Service man came to fix our machine... they didn't know what was wrong with it. I rescheduled for when I had the "error code." They called and cancelled because he was sick... perfectly understandable. I called back to reschedule... they said they "were looking into it." I called again a week later (wednesday) and told them my wife was having a baby on monday (true statement) and that it was important. They got annoyed and hung up on me. I called back to cancel service because he was so rude on the phone and he hung up again.
