Waterworks Autowash

I own a large truck and used this place a lot. I was using the automatic side and would always tip the attendants a few bucks to spray off truck good because it's larger it takes a little longer. One day a manager comes over and tells me he can't do that and if I wanted more spray that I would have to go through detail side for 10 dollars more. I tried to talk to owner who never makes himself available, which is a red flag to me. Well I talked to his daughter who is the manager. She proceeded to tell me same thing as manager. She then said she hates to loose customers, but that's how it is. I have never been back.

Ever since the new owner has taken over this place it has seemed to go down hill. From what I've seen he treats the employees unfairly and puts those in charge who have no clue what their doing. Not to mention it seems the products are very cheap, seeing as I have to go get my car washed at another car wash after leaving the place. It's in very poor condition and it looks as though the owner is trying to fix the place up with things it don't need. Instead of concentrating on the wash itself it seems like he wants to make it into some sort of coffee shop. Also the female cashier they have is very rude and seems to have a snotty attitude. I also feel sorry for the employees because everytime I go in there it seems like their getting yelled at when in reality I've seen them bust their butts while the supposed managers stand around in the lobby and chit chat instead of helping out during their busy times. All together it's very unorganized and they should really get new owners who know what their doing. I highly doubt this place will stay open much longer if business continues like this.
