1. The massage therapist was amazing!

2. I was deceived! They talked me into getting an extra service and failed to inform me that IT COST EXTRA.

I went because it was a gift. I kept saying that from the moment I walked in. I kept saying...well whatever that includes. This was a gift. They just said it was a one hour massage. So when I checked out she blurted out how much I owed and I said again that this was a gift and I shouldn't owe anything. So I had to adjust the tip amount from the massage therapist that worked on me. Which again he was amazing. So basically they charged me $12.00 to rub biofreeze on my back at the end of my massage. So I had to reduce my tip based on the EXTRA charge. I think they owe the therapist that money. Very unprofessional on the front end at check out.
