After my HTC One M8 stoped charging, I brought it in and they said they could fix it. The could not so they ordered a part which took five days to get there and then it took them longer than they said to install. After I got the phone back, it charged but now I could not use the speaker on my phone or plug any headphones into it. I brought it back a second time and they told me that they needed to order ANOTHER part which they so diligently asked me to pay for and now the phone will not charge, the speaker does not work and you cannot use headphones, which puts us back to square one and then some.

These guys are fantastic. I did the unthinkable and dropped my iPhone in water. I put it rice overnight and everything came back but the sound. I stopped by their store today, they fixed it within minutes and didn't even charge me for their time. Highly recommend me them. They made my whole day.

After having heard that this was the place to go to get glass replaced on tablet I brought my daughters tablet in for repair. They told me this would be no problem and likely should be done in about 3 days as it was being dropped off on the weekend. I got a call that Monday that the part he tried didn't work and that he would have to order and try another and if I had any question to call. I waited to hear back on the completion status then for nearly two weeks. At that time I was told the glass could not be replaced and there was a short of some kind. Disappointing considering it still worked even though the glass was broken when it was brought in. Upon questioning as to how the device no longer worked even with the old glass place back on I was not given much of an answer. I was told that he was sorry it wasn't explained to me what the process was for replacing the glass (huh? is it breaking part of said process? and you didnt tell me!? lol)

This place is my go to for all my apple products. They have reasonable prices and the staff is also very professional and knowledgable. I wouldn't take my products anywhere else!

My iPad stopped charging a couple months back and the Apple store wasn't going to do anything for me regarding my warrantee. The best they offered me was a $300 service fee. I was told it was my 30-pin connector. I consulted with friends and family on what I should do and my father told me about a place in Green Bay (I-Supply) that fixed iDevices. I called and talked to one of the service techs on the phone. The gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and was very polite. When he heard I lived a couple hours away he offered to have it fixed in one day so I didn't have to make the drive twice. I had a pretty good feeling about the company... my gut is usually accurate. I proceeded with the repair. They were knowledgeable and accurate. They offered to keep it a couple days and run some tests. They kept me in the loop over those couple days as to what they were finding. They gave me their opinion on what they thought was wrong. They told me the cost, they made other suggestions and shared the risks with me. I chose to have the 30-pin connector replaced. They also informed me batteries were on sale and offered to replace it for a real low price. When the device was picked up they were polite, smiles all around. The device was clean and looked like it did when I dropped it off. I held off on this review to see how everything worked... it's been a few weeks now and the device is working as expected. I think this company is a top-notch company and worth using. I read some of these responses from other people. I don't know.... some of these seem a little fishy to me. Good Job I-Supply.

Terrible! fixed my shattered screen, then two weeks later it cracked on it's own! called them on the issue and they said it was the fitment and then pressure was too much for the screen to handle, I asked if it was under some kind of policy for me to get a new screen. They said no and I was forced to pay another $70 dollars for a new screen. now a month later it did the same thing and I'm not even gonna bother with another $70 screen that'll last a couple of weeks. Terrible quality and even worse customer support.

Will fix a crack on your screen, but will ruin your device. I paid $105 to get my screen fixed on my iPhone (which worked perfectly before I brought it in). When I got it back the phone shut off every two minutes. Called, said it was an easy fix. Had to bring it in, when I got it back again the battery still wasn't working properly. After SIX TIMES of having to come in, they told me they would have to give me a new device, which will have to be shipped to me since I live out of town.

Since they made my phone worse than it originally was and I went to more trouble than they did to get it fixed I asked for a refund, to which they said no.



Every time I stopped in I never heard any apologies for messing up my phone or making me come in day after day even though they said if I came in early it would have priority to be worked on. I wanted to support a local business, they robbed me instead.

They did a great job on my I pad. I smashed the screen, and they replaced it in the time they said they would do it in. After reading the first review, to give me peace of mind, I did take a picture of my I-pad's model and serial numbers. I would defiantly recommend Isupply for anything you need fixed.

Never ever take anything to this store i supply at Bay Park square mall in Green Bay. I took my i pod touch 4 32GB there to have the screen replaced and they blew out everything in it. Then tried to fool me by giving me a 8GB instead of my 32GB one. I kept calling them only to get the run around so I'm taking them to court. It will only cost them even more money when its over. STAY AWAY from this store.
