Van Boxtel RV and Auto

Bought a new Keystone Alpine 5th wheel in 2015. Like the 5th wheel. Have problems with the tires blowing out. No one told us about a speed rating on tires. We knew more about the camper than the person who was supposed to teach us about it. Have brought our 5th wheel back for various concerns and have had nothing but problems with the service department. Repairs are never done in a timely fashion. Parts are ordered and they never know when they will be in. In this day and age that is not acceptable. You call to see if your camper is done and are told we don’t know. Don’t go to this business you’ll have nothing but trouble with no one apologizing for their poor service.

This is our first RV (previous Pacific coast yachting). Only experience thus far is purchase. I knew what features I wanted before shopping. We dealt with Laurie (Truly excellent!) She LISTENED. She showed us exactly what we asked for and based on our comments had us look at one other model which was an even better fit for us (given our comments while viewing our original selection). SOLD! No pressure, no selling what was overstocked. Felt like we'd hired a purchasing agent that worked for us, not the dealer. Checking priced in Indiana I found that I also got it at an excellent price. I purchased a new 2016 Heartland Sundance. I have had nothing but issues with it from trim coming off, bench at the table fell apart, couch broke, water leaks ect. Ect. Tried calling one of the Van Boxtel's never took or returned any of my calls, he got my $30,000.00 and now he does not give a damn about anything. Never again will I buy anything from them. I suggest anyone wanting to purchase a camper stay away from Van Boxtel RV. It is sad that when you have the issue we have had and an owner will not call but tells the service personnel to call.

Went to check out one of their Handyman Specials (cheap). Not to many cheap ones to choose from. Turns out they gave me quite a long list of things that needed attention. I bought the camper cause I have more time than money. Well .... the Camper turned out to be in a lot better shape than I thought. Most of the items turned out to be easy to fix or not in that bad of shape. I think the list was the worst case scenario. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Overall it turned out to be a good experience that turned out great.

Overpriced, employees are rude or indifferent, service department overcharges, and since they are the only dealer in Green Bay, they don't care about anything I've listed. Motor on to the next town if at all possible.

any one going to buy or service a rv at van boxtel better be careful they know how to screw you good on everything they do sales or service so its not like you have not been told so don:t complain .

Bought my 2nd Cougar fifth wheel from them. Best prices in the area. Service on these things is important too. That's why I bought my 2nd one there. They are the only dealer in NE WI that I could find, where you can just bring in your 5th wheel and drop if off if it needs attention. Everybody else seems to work by appointment only - not very convenient for me.

Bought a new travel trailer about a month ago and was treated very well. My wife struck it off great with the lady salesperson. Got a great price and great finance terms. Was told that many changes were taking place - remodeled parts store, other area's were changed or upgraded, new personnel in key positions. All in all we were very pleased with the whole buying experience. About two weeks after we bought the camper the power quit (not very pleased). Called the service department on Friday afternoon, they had us bring it in - they had us back on the road in a little over an hour. Great Service, glad to recommend them.

I bought a new 5th trailer, 1st the delivery guy didn't know anything about my trailer, turned the outside lite on and didn;t know how to turn it off, didnt know how to turn on the TV, radio, how to open the slides, how to control the AC or heater, totallly useless guy, next i got it home tried to use the fresh water tank, oops, he didn;t tell me that water would keep running out the bottom, called the service department, they told me to bring it back to them to figure it out. this is my 2nd 5th wheel trailer, had a popup, and a tow behind, and a class A, the trailer is good, find a different dealer !!!

Purchased a New RV the other day from these folks. I shopped all over creation because I wanted to eyeball the RV before I plunked any of my money down. They had a huge selection of RVs and I got a great price. They even saved me money on the financing. When all was said and done and I was ready to drive away, they even threw in some more stuff in order to make my campin more enjoyable. Friendly, Fun and highly recommended.
