Food n service outstanding

We named it Wine Down Wednesdays. Get a 1/2 priced bottle of wine all day (after 10pm, they have to switch to glasses), and wash down some of the best Mussels Italiano in central NC. The bartenders there know what they are doing (call them your mixologist, see them smile, repeat...). Order the special drinks they have and it will be crushed fresh fruit, not sugar mix. The menu has changed for the better. On warm summer days, the patio is at capacity with young professionals looking for the nearest watering hole, and Europa not only is the nearest, it's one of the best.

What service? The 3 times I've been there the service has been questionable at best. The menu needs to be updated or at least match the internet version. Yes, the patio is nice but if you're being ignored, the ambiance doesn't matter. Will not go back.
