        Worst customer service ever! Takes forever to service. Do not pick up or deliver when promised. Took two trips to service lawn mower. Without a mower for over 3 weeks.

        Employees do not care about my business so I will find someone who does.

        Central Carolina Farm & Mower Inc may be a John Deere dealer, but they provide outstanding service for any brand. I brought in a self-propelled Honda mower that wouldn't start. They promised to repair it in a week, which was a week less than several other repair outfits I had called. Nevertheless, I was able to pick it up after only two days and it is still performing flawlessly one year later. Not only does the engine run beautifully, but the mechanism that engages the drive wheels has been working much better, all for a cost lower than I expected. In addition, everyone I talked with made me feel like they really wanted me as a customer. They were friendly and efficient. This was the best customer service and repair experience I have ever had. My hat's off to this outfit. I have since recommended them to a number of people.
