Lemans At Lawndale

I visit these apartments regularly, to help a friend in need. She has constant leaks within her apartment and has made the office aware. There are two new ladies in the office that I am sure are trying their best but at the same time nothing is getting done. The maintenance staff does come out to repair what they can but these apartments are just old and very very outdated. Several buildings are just horrible. So glad my friend is moving to a more suitable place.

I dont live here, but was interested in filling out an application so i decided to read the reviews FIRST...

One particular comment really uoset me. The one titled: "roaches roaches roachs......" it has to do.with the very last line. It (meant to) say in short: if she doesnt drive you out by all the negative things listed, "you must be use to being homeless" my comment is- WHAT THE HELL does this have to do with somebody being use to being HOMELESS? ??? Im sorry, this.jist irked me!! Thanks for letting me vent.

Management are very rude and have attitude issues. Cockroaches infestation and will never end, old building with tubing corrodes, rusts, and decays. Contract is wrongly interpreted and may end up in arbitration.

This place has definitely had its ups and downs, but I can say that right now they are definitely on the up!!! The staff is so much better and much more attentive to getting all the crap that should have been done a long time ago done now. The Grounds look so good and the upgrades they are making in these apartments is like night and day from what it used to be! Its definitely beginning to look and feel like the place it should have been from the start!!

I see the negative complaint and I must say I have not had any of the problems that this person is speaking about. I have lived at this community for 4 years. maybe this person should have practiced better housekeeping.

roaches roaches roaches and then joanne moore the property manager will harass you your kids try to have your car told if your tags are one day out of date really not worth the hassle to live here, if the roaches and poorly maintained apartments that joanne will try to make you pay for dont drive you out then u must be use to being homeless, dont rent here
