General Info: East Elementary School provides academic programs with emphasis on the development of basic learning and thinking skills. It offers classes in grades four through six. The school s academic curriculum includes classes in math, English, science, health and physical education. East Elementary School also administers the English as a Second Language programs. It also offers a variety of programs, including field trips and counseling sessions. The school employs a library specialist, psychologist, speech therapist, physical education coach, counselor and nurse, as well as instructional assistants and custodial staff. It offers food, health and transportation services. East Elementary School also maintains a library that provides a range of educational resources and materials. Located in Greenville, Pa., it is governed by the Greenville Area School District. The district additionally governs Hempfield Elementary School and Greenville High School.
