I have dealt with other agents from CT to RI and I can tell you this guy is the best I’ve seen. Their team system allowed me to always be able to get my questions answered fast. Please do your research before hiring an agency. Many of the testimonials that have been given have been chosen by the Nathan Clarke Team..



They did not show up 2 times for appts that they had made to show my property. I showed it. Phone calls were not returned to other agents. Communication was poor between me and the agency. This is true.



They also charge more commission then other companies. I wouldn't have minded paying it if what they said to me, prior to me signing their contract, played out as true.



The Nathan Clarke Team is clearly driven to make the sale (at any price).
