        Overall

        Was looking forward to eating here for the first time. Arrived at 5:15 PM and was told that they did not start seating for dinner until 6 PM. Really?

        On a Saturday? We then drove by several other fine restaurants and their parking lots we full. We then got to Firebirds at 5:30 PM and they had a 50 minute wait. This business is obviously losing business with this policy.
