They seemed like nice people when we bought our car, they traveled to Conway, Arkansas to do a sale in front of Walmart off of hwy 65, on the 14th of November. It is now the 24th of November and no paper work has been sent to us in the mail on our car. My wife called a couple of days ago and they said the would call her back the next day! They havn't called yet! I called the a week ago and they promised me they would call back by today, they havn't called, but when I called back, I got forwarded to a voice mail system. This place will tell you anything you want to hear to get a signature on a nore!

Bad business. My husband traded in a vehicle when he bought his truck from them. He owed just under $6000 on it and they said they would give him $3000 and the other $3000 would be tacked on to the price of the truck. When we got the financing information in the mail they tacked on the entire amount of the price of the trail blazer. So now we are still paying for it and we are way over blue book on the truck and can not even trade it in. They pretty much stole the trail blazer by not giving us anything for it. When I called the company they said "It had to be paid for some how". I would not recommend them to anyone.

Buyer beware

Buyers need to beware in Russellville and other areas. Tyler Auto Sales from greenwood, Ar. They are doing truckload sales on cars in multiple cities. They tried to rip off my son Nick.. One the day he tried to sell Nick a 2011 Ford Taurus for $22,000 with 70,000 miles on it. The book value on it was sixteen thousand dollars. When I told the salesman, Joe, that it was only worth $16,000 he said he would get the paperwork Don the next day and call. Never called. We checked and was told it was sold. However it was found still on lot. Joe started yelling and cussing when I question him why still had sales sticker and on lot. Why not just say waiting on another kid to rip off. I am happy Nick dodged the bullet. unfortunately phone when I am hearing there are many people that are buying cars for way much more than they are worth. I suggest checking their reputation and also doing business with a dealer that is local. Ask yourself why are they doing business in towns other than their own? it is my opinion or taking these cars to pawn him off on other town so that it cannot get the bad reputation in their own. Of course that is just my opinion and from what I read on the internet other peoples too.

disappointment

I recieved a flyer in the mail for the massive liquidation sale off site at walmart parking lot in Waldron. Although i knew i couldn't go till the last day of the event i had winning numbers so i went to check it out. We drove 35 miles one way only to find out no one was there. we waited in the parking lot checking out the vechiles for an hr waiting for someone to help us. my husband found a truck he was interested in but no one was there. we went inside walmart to ask for help the associate said they were in the trailer. no trailer in the parking lot...so we left drove 35 miles back home. not happy about the wasted trip! the flyer said it lasted till 7pm and we arrived about 625pm... there were several ppl there looking at the vechiles. two vechiles had the keys in them and all were unlocked but doesn't do much good without a sales rep. so my first impression not so good. :(
