Daniel J. Layden practices primarily in the area of civil litigation. He received his law degree in the Spring of 2000 from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University in the Spring of 1997. Dan was admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in November of 2000 and has litigated cases throughout the state and in federal court involving matters that include general civil proceedings, business and commercial transactions, contested estate and probate matters, domestic relations, and property rights. Dan is a member of the Johnson County and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
