I had a debt that I inherited after a divorce. A truck that I didn't own, but had to pay for because my ex renigged on. Associates were very understanding and offered several options on getting this debt resolved. They were not ogres and were very kind and courteous over the phone. There was one associate a Mr. Ramirez that was a little dry, but still was very helpful.



I realize that these people have a very hard and stressful job, but they seem to handle it well.
