AC Computers

Owner very rude and loud! AC Computers installed an obsolete 24 port switch for $160 that you can only get on Ebay (so old that he said was new) for $10.08. Would not allow return. We purchased a new Netgear Gigabit Ethernet Switch for $160 as well. Shame on you AC Computers.

Repaired my acer laptop very fast at a great price. Answered all my questions. Obviously been in the business a long time. I highly recommend anyone who has a problem with their computer to go there.

The guy who owns it is very rude. Not everyone can operate around his "no status" until you pay the diagnostic fee. He was called to basically see if it was ready, not to find out what he had actually done and he got very loud and unprofessional. People work and may not live close to his business so if someone calls and inquires if your done so they can get the money and come pay you to get thier computer, that should be no problem. He had only had it for about 2 days so one wouldnt know if he'd started on it or not had to order parts etc. He wont even tell you what was wrong prior so you can decide if you want him to finish or not. From now on, I will just drive back down to Anderson to get my computer repairs handled. The extra 30 minutes is worth the common courtesy and to deal with someone who understands that people have things to do and may not stay close to you and would like 'general' information before they drive to his business and the computer is not even repaired. He is the one who choses to go ahead and fix it prior to you even paying anything but will not even tell you if its finished so you can come pay the diagnostic fee and the rest of the money for him fixing it. This is why I am starting to only deal with American people/businesses.

I've been to this guy a couple of times and he does good work but very very expensive.
