Be careful using this place for eye exams. They billed my main eye care provider, then also billed my health care insurance as a medical claim, instead of a routine eye exam. They took 120.00 from one of my accounts then 183.00 from another, then I paid 172.00 out of pocket. I had a conference call with my insurance provider, they use a medical wellness code to bill your other insurance, and if you have an hra account they will take money from that.

They are very shady here when it comes to the bills and insurance. In my opinion it's insurance fruad. Look for another eye care professional. They did not help me with my issue, and my health care provider said I should not go back to them unless I cancel eye med. If you have 1 insurance you might be ok, but if you have eye med dont give them your insurance card, just give them your eye med card.
