We are so sorry your experience doing business with our company was not satisfactory. We apologize that some confusion may have come from dealing with your contractor first-we had been told some details by him and possibly did not clarify completely once we started dealing directly with you. For instance, he had told us to haul off the old posts and you decided to keep them. Also, when we removed the damaged awning and replaced with the one in the same style and like material, we understood that is what you requested. If we had known, we could have shown you a different style and materials. It was unfortunate that the unit did not look as nice as it could have since several areas of wood, near the location of the unit, needed to be repaired; work we thought you would let the contractor do, since that is not in our line of work. We had hoped when our mechanic came back out and tried to fill in that area to make everything look better, that we had solved your problem.
