While obtaining her law degree, Ashleigh served as a law student attorney for the Mississippi College School of Law Adoption Legal Clinic and Guardian Ad Litem Clinic where she represented families in the finalization of private and state adoptions, in addition to, representing the child’s best interest in chancery court proceedings. Ashleigh worked for the Children’s Justice Center where she assisted with researching and enforcing the applicable law prohibiting child abuse and neglect.

Attorney Gipson formerly served as the Chief Prosecutor for the Capital City of the State of Mississippi, where she prosecuted misdemeanor criminal cases. In this capacity, she also provided training to the City of Jackson Police Department and she was instrumental in establishing the City's Drug Court. Attorney Gipson also served as the principal advisor to the Jackson City Council and other municipal departments. She also served as the Water Hearing Administrator and defended the Capitol City in litigation matters.
Murder
Currently, Attorney Gipson serves in private practice, and has represented clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges, including murder and assisting with capitol murder cases. She also has protected the rights of her clients in Litigation, Contract, Municipal, Personal Injury, and Family Law matters. She is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College, Graduate of Leadership Greater Jackson, a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Magnolia Bar Association, Mississippi Public Defenders Association, MS Bar Child Advocacy Committee, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, where she has served as a Chapter President, Parliamentarian, and on Regional Committees.
Attorney Justin Smith was born in Jackson, MS. Upon graduating high school, he moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, where he attended Dillard University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. After extensive work and research in the field of computational and theoretical chemistry, Mr. Smith, with an impassioned interest in issues involving intellectual property law, enrolled in Loyola University New Orleans School of Law receiving a Juris Doctor.
Most recently, Moore was selected to be featured in the second edition of Who's Who in Black Mississippi with other distinguished ladies and gentlemen from across Mississippi and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of The Mississippi Bar.
