Jeff's Davis Lock and Safe

Tried very hard to be their customer... have always gone to Davis lock’s first whenI needed something. But,... my experience with this particular location has been a comedynof errors and more... I am a single mom with limited time and funds... i have spent hours and hours sitting in fron of this shop waiting for it to be open, after pghone assurances of when someone would be there...

I have been waiting for a lock to change out on my house... they have known I wanted to replace it over the current three day weekend. I have been given many promises about when it would be ready, but none of those dates have proven true... niw, I cannot get Jeff to answer my phone calls, much less call ne back, as he has promised.

I have waited and waited, with no results. I guess I will have to, out of absolute becessity, take my business elsewhere... extremely disappointed...

Incredible Service, had a safe which we got locked out of. They showed up within an hour, had it open within an hour after that, and surprisingly enough were able to salvage the lock so the safe is still usable. Excellent folks, I highly recommend them!

Went in to buy a safe i need for my new home. they have top notch safes and the prices are wonderful. the whole shop feels like a discount store but its not. its actually a really professional place with professional people that treat customers the way a great business suppose to. Picked out the safe that best fits my needs and within a couple hours they delivered the safe right to my door and moved it right where i wanted it . thanks guys! always such a great help !
