Massage Envy - Grove City

Myself and my wife signed up for a couples massage package at the grovecity location. It was a one year membership and 17 months has went by now they are still taking money from our account. We signed up February of 2020. We have not received services to date for the money they are taking. Totalling $1920. They cancel when we make appointments and it takes months to get appointments. This is a scam because there is no way to get the services from them in the time frame they allow. You get one massage per month in the memberships thats 12 massages times two in our case Totalling 24 massages. It's impossible. Plus they were shut down for the pandemic but still took our money. And there couples room has been closed ever sense. They sent us cancel papers but on a one year membership it should have ended 5 months ago but they are still taking money. If you cancel you get a small amount of time to use what you banked which would be impossible. We have not received any services at all.
