        Overall

        We paid over $4,300 for a week rental of a large home through YRR. 2 months after our stay they charge my cc: $100 becuase they say I returned the key to the office at 11:20 in the morning of departure instead of 11:00. This was after I had almost fell through a broken board in the deck the day before. Arrogant and unresponsive staff. Find other rental outfits in this area would be my suggestion if you are intersted in the region.

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

        I rented with this company and they are crooks! Rob and Tara have such a hard time responding to customer complaints!!!! I wish I would have listened ALL the people that told me originally not to use Coldwell Banker they have a bad name in Groveland......
