My daughter felt prepared and passed her DMV test without a problem. Class is not exciting, but covers all the basics.

Sal was difficult to get a hold of, didn't give correct information, didn't give the same information twice, and didn't seem to know how to answer my questions. Chews gum while he talks. Smells like bad tobacco. Went with him anyway, because he's local. My daughter took the 8-hour safe driver course. Sal's instruction method is to set up the students with a workbook they can't take home, and have them watch a video. He sometimes asked questions of the students. There was one poor young woman he picked on, calling her "stupid" and indicating she was incompetent. Not my daughter, but still infuriating. We will not be taking any more driving instruction at Sal's driving school. He charges way more than Phil's for the 8-hour safe driver course, but he's cheaper on the on-the-road instruction.

Sal is the most caring and wonderful human being I have ever met. He taught me the fine skill of automobile operation with the grace of a professional antelope tamer. Sal understood all his clients on the deepest level possible, and worked tirelessly to turn each person into a bright ray of sunshine. 5/5, would recommend.
