Quick, thorough and pleasant. I came in for a 50000 mile service. I needed something in the front drive train. Micheal allowed me a loaner, ordered the part and had my car done and clean before 9:00am the next day.

Oil change, inspection of rims/tires and a airbag warning light. Both Michael and Craig were very helpful. The oil service was performed and the tires/rims and airbag service has been scheduled.

I noticed my steering wheel would shake at 50 to 60 miles an hour. So I called Gurnee VW service department, talked to Michael, he said I could bring my car in any time. So I went that afternoon (Wednesday) They fixed the problem. Thank you

I can in for an oil change at oil express and the service department was busy. I had to make an appointment and come back later in the afternoon. When I did come back the service professional was very courteous.

I contacted the service department for repair of leaking transaxle, and dropped the car off for service. The repair was completed very promptly, and I was extremely happy to hear that the cost of the repair ended up being more than $100 less than what I was thinking. I was very happy with the whole experience, so thank you very much Gurnee VW service staff!

Great service again. The service department was wonderfully quick. They mounted, balanced and performed an alignment for new tires on my wife's 2012 Jetta TDI. Done In roughly 2 hours.

As usual I was very happy with the service department. My car was finished on time and washed. This was my regular service so I had no problems, but I have been coming to your service department for 10 years on a regular basis and I have always been very happy with the customer service and the mechanics ability to get to the root of any problem I may have had.

Michael was very informative and knowledgeable he went out of his way to make sure that I understand the services. He even advised me what need to be done in the future for repair and etc. He wants to make sure that my car the best shape and optimal performance

I came in to have my car service for my 10,000 maintenance. The staff was very friendly. I was treated very respectfully. They serviced my car in less time than was estimated.

Quick in/out service. Estimated repair time was spot on. Courtesy vehicle offered and used. Car's interior/exterior were cleaned which I know she loves. I don't have another seven words to use

All Il say is don't go there ! Iv had a VW for 10yrs and was NEVER treated so poorly . Isac was out right RUDE !!!

Isaac is always very helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to deal with him and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. I purchased my car here and will continue to get my service done here as long as I am treated the way I have been.

Our experience was both satisfying and pleasing, they treated you like family and they were not pushy at all. Jim Albright is an excellent person as well a salesman. They definitely meet your needs at Bob Rohrmans Volkswagen. We will definitely go back to gurnee Volkswagen.

Eh. There willing to sell you something off the lot. Seems like there not really going to go out of there way to get you what you want if they don't have it.
