Larry and Sons Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

John was was helpful in servicing our furnace and provided additional information on how to become even more energy efficient.

We are "supposed" to be on a service contract with Larry & Sons. They cancelled our appointment two weeks ago because they were too busy. No problem! Rescheduled for this Friday.. Then they called (and left a message) that they weren't going to be able to make their window. No Problem. Wait until 4:30 and call them. They tell me that they called (which they didn't) and nobody picked up, so they weren't coming out. PROBLEM!! We have given up two complete Friday's now waiting on them to come do their job. Maybe they are just too busy for their existing clients. So as they lose them one by one there will be room available on their schedule.
