Oral Cancer Screening
During each checkup, we’ll carefully examine your mouth and look for unnatural red or white patches; we’ll also feel around for unusual lumps. These are just a few symptoms that might point towards oral cancer – a dangerous disease that’s estimated to kill about 9,750 people per year, or about 1 person every hour. Finding these warning signs as early as possible could end up being the key for your survival over the next 5 years.

Teeth Cleaning
We’ll give your child time to meet our dental team and get used to the environment so that they feel at ease when the time comes for the actual examination. Fillings
Resin Composite
The days of needing silver or mercury-based fillings, which stand out whenever you smile, are long gone. Instead, a special composite resin that has been colored to match the rest of your smile can be placed in a cavity after the decay has been removed. Aside from the aesthetic advantages, composite resin is also more conservative than metal fillings since it can bond directly with the enamel – and thus, doesn’t require us to make any changes to the underlying structure.
Veneers
Whenever we need to place a filling, attach a restoration such as a veneer, or even just close an empty space in your teeth, we’re performing a process called “bonding”; as the name suggests, it simply means we’re applying a substance to the tooth so that it joins with the enamel and stays firmly in place.
