Big Blue Sanitation

Not only are they horrible slow with communication (10 months, is that a record?) but the service was nothing to brag about. Last year, I complained about them not sending me bills in the mail and emailing me that my bills were past due (think there was additional charge). They claim they sent bills 2 weeks early and they were returned "moved no forwarding address" but both post office and carrier stated that did not happen. I emailed them repeatedly at the time with only one response with the story about the post office. However, I've gotten *two* replies this month, 10 months after I switched services. Just hilarious.

I wish that I could give less than 1 stars! I have been trying to set up service for 3 weeks then finally get a person who says that they no longer service my area and hangs up on me--do NOT use these people!

I tryed to call them and It was not the right time to call or something. They where busy with actual customers. They did not communicate with me until I put a bad review. They actually do not service my area... after saying they did. While I spoke with 2 different person they where saying different think about it.



There is many company out there, but they all are big corporations unfortunately, these guy's are probably the only one small one. So give it a try, it might work or not for you.

I use this company, and they are GREAT!!! Never had any problems.
