Horrible..He did our compliance and water testing. Did not test water correctly, which cost us hundreds more dollars and found out he did not run the water long enough and wanted more money after screwing up. He is difficult and defensive and had the gull to change price we agreed upon.. Unethical and also does not take pride in doing his job correctly!
