Applebee's

I, along with a friend visit this Apple Bee's on April 1st around 4:30 in the afternoon. When I entered the front door there were two ladies waiting to be seated. I asked them how long they had been waiting and they told me the hostess told them it would be a ten minute wait, but they actually had been waiting over 20 minutes (HOW RUUUUDE!!!) The store wasn't busy at all, so I didn't understand why there was a wait. There were plenty of seats available. I waited for about five minutes and after no one acknowledged me, I left and went across the parking lot to Chili's and received great service. This is very bad for business. If Apple Bee's starts closing stores, with this service this would probably be one of stores closing. The workers would wonder why their store is closing and it's because of terrible customer service. Why would I pay you for terrible service. I think not.
