        Most horrendous experience ever at any establishment. This facility should be shut down and definitely should not be apart of the "choice hotel" chain. Mr. Patel lacks customer service skills as he is very arrogant, cocky, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional as a person. Shortly after checking in for my stay, Mr. Patel very aggressively approached me and threatened to have me removed from the property by Harrington Police based on false allegations. When asked to elaborate, he was very unreasonable and after determining he was wrong, he initially failed to apologize. He failed to comp for the inconvenience and disrespectful manner in which he handled my family. I will do everything within my power to make certain this dump is removed from the chain or possibly closed down. There have been many reports of bed bugs at the facility as well as drug paraphernalia (used needles) in the beds. I have reported this matter to the corporate office of Quality Inn Choice Hotels. I have been told that Mr. Patel is an independent owner and I am awaiting the return call from corporate to address this matter.

        They should incorporate a "zero" rating..they don't deserve to be in business.
