Please if you are trying to have a healthy and stress free pregnancy AVOID THIS OFFICE. Some doctors are wonderful and some are a nightmare. Between the nightmare doctors though and the unorganized and uncaring supportive staff I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Friend or foe.
(Pregnacy)
My husband & I found out relatively early that we were having a baby at 4 weeks. We were so happy! Then around 6 weeks my bloodwork wasn't looking very good and I started having cramping and spotting. They were nervous it was an ectopic pregnancy and rushed me in for an emergency ultrasound. My doctor was unsympathetic and never answered our questions and instead kept repeating the same answer back to us. We felt like he could care less about us, the baby, or the situation. For the next few weeks we were heartbroken and depressed. Every day we expected the worst and fell deeper into a hole. Finally the doctor suggested coming in an doing an ultrasound to see where our next step was. We went in and everyone seemed to treat us like we already lost the baby. We had our ultrasound and the technician was speechless when she saw a healthy little baby and a very strong heartbeat. The doctor came in and he was speechless! He couldn't "explain" how this was and told us congratulations and gave us our due date. Talk about an emotional roller coaster.
A few weeks later I had extremely heavy bleeding and was rushed to the ER. I was expecting the worst (again) but told I had a blood clot and to follow up with my doctor. I was nervous and made an appointment right away. The technician was extremely rude to us and actually hurt me a lot too (it was an internal ultrasound) and ignored my pleas of saying "ow". She rushed through us so quickly that my husband didn't even get to hear the heartbeat. When we went to talk to the doctor she was in a rush with us, rolled her eyes when we brought up our list of questions, and very generally said "the blood clot is all better". Her response to the questions? She handed us a book and told us to read that first and then let us know next time if we had any questions. I cannot make this up.

Pick one or the other... Rude or unorganized. One visit we watched 7 other people come in after us and go in before us. We ended up waiting an hour and fifteen before being called in. The doctors then realized that they had the wrong appointment in the schedule and that I needed my first trimester screening and the nurse said "we could have gotten you back here quicker had we known!". Every time I go I have to fill out some sort of paperwork. The average waiting time is an hour. The shortest was 45 minutes. Making another appointment is like pulling teeth. They have numerous offices and when you say when you are available and which doctor you prefer and location they never have anything available. You usually have to sacrifice one of the three. Calling them is a nightmare too. Every time I talk to someone they seem to be so annoyed that you called them and so unprofessional too. I had one lady who told me to "chill" and another who used a very sharp and cold tone for a voicemail once too. I also have been receiving numerous calls this week about my first trimester screening. I told someone on Wednesday, Thursday, and again earlier today that we do not wish to use their practice anymore and to stop calling us. I just received another voicemail from them while writing this review to call them to schedule my first trimester appointment. I am in my second trimester ladies & gentlemen and I have already had that exam.

I made the mistake of sticking with this practice for my second pregnancy. Now half way through I am really regretting it. I have never been seen by a doctor in a timely manner. My scheduled appointments are always late, at minimum on a good day I wait 30 minutes. I have never been seen in under that amount of time. I have had to walk out on 4 occasions because I have been sitting for 30 minutes and couldn't wait longer.
