Sonic Drive-In

Sonic overall is good (for fast food). The menu is extensive, and the service is usually pretty quick. I have yet to have this particular store get my order wrong.

Truthfully, I'm very disappointed. I bought a jumbo popcorn chicken and they got the order wrong by giving us a small with only like five in it. I called them back up and tried reasoning with them and the employee call the manager up there and he was just being flat out hateful, without even looking at what they gave me, they continued on so they wouldn't have to cook no more. I told him never mind and that it was okay, of course I was mad because he was rude about it... I work at a retail store I know you don't talk to customers like that. Then shortly I took a bite out of my chicken that they messed up and it wasn't even cooked...I normally love sonic but with rude employees and managers that won't even try to help and wouldn't get there lazy butts outside to help me and have food that is not cooked....I won't be going back. Thank you sonic for ruining my meal.
