        I joined the program and lost about 60 pounds in a little over 3 months ... great staff and support ... it was a lot easier than I thought it would be ... i would definitely recommend you checking them out if you are serious about losing weight and changing your lifestyle!!

        The staff is great! The location is easy to get to. I have kept off my weight for a couple of years now. It's not just a way to lose weight but also begin living healthier. It completely changed the way I eat and take care of myself.

        Staff was excellent! They made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained every step of the way. I lost EXACTLY where I wanted to lose. I work out twice a day normally and this got me to my goal in a month !!
