        Friendly, Considerate and Understanding

        My best friend was in a one car accident last year and was badly injured and stuck in the I.c.u. in Lansing. The guys here brought his car in and when my friend needed things out of like his wallet, checkbook and briefcase one of the workers came in from home to meet me and let me get into the car to get what was needed and let me know where the accident had been so I could goblookbfor his glasses. These guys and gals rock on a whole new level of customer care. Keep it up!
