My daughter had been going to GLB for over a year. Initially, I was blown away by the quality of care she received there. However, as their numbers have grown and staff have changed, the quality of care has declined significantly. Staff changes were made without first informing the parents, I was not told anything about my daughter's day for a period of time, even when I asked, and there seemed to be a general air of chaos. There is only one good teacher there, and when she is away everything seems to fall apart. Because we initially loved it, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep her enrolled through this adjustment period. However, I recently learned that one of the teachers was making my 3 year old feel bad for having accidents, to the point where she was no longer telling them if she had one, because she was upset about what would be said. I would not recommend this daycare.
