I am a new customer and couldn't be happier to have found J B Sales. They were over the top helpful, friendly and professional.
They serviced my Stihl weed trimmer and I am very satisfied. They will be my go to place for all my equipment including Toro. I already sent a friend there and they were as pleased as I was.

I PURCHASED A NEW COMMERCIAL MOWER FOR OVER $9000.00 FOR MY BUISNESS AND RECIEVED GREAT SERVICE FROM THE SECOND I WALKED INTO THE STORE I WAS GREATED BY THE HEAD TECH (ROB MATICH) AND HE SHOWED ME ALL THE FEATURES AND HOW TO CORRECTLY MAINTAIN IT HE WENT OVER EVERY NUT AND BOLT AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE I HAD A WARRANTY ISSUE THAT I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY WITH AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A TRU WARRANTY AND LUCKY ME BECAUSE HE SAID HE HAS NEVER SEEN THIS HAPPEN BUT HE REPLACED A $600 HYDRO WHEEL MOTOR WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED!



BOTTOM LINE IS THEY SELL GREAT EQUIPMENT WITH INCREDIBLE SALES AND GAVE ME A PACKAGE DEAL BECAUSE I PURCHASED A TRAILER AND TRIMMER THEY ARE AL SO NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH AND STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT AND DO THE REPAIRS ON PREMISES (UNLIKE BOX STORES) SEND IT OUT TO WHO THE HELL KNOWS? BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!! VERY SATISFIED!!

I grew up in Matawan and have used these guys many times they are very knowledgable in what they do so much in fact that I now live 2 hours away and I have a few pieces there right now being repaired that were not purchased there but yet I am very satisfied with there service and fully trust there abilities that I will go no where else and make the long trip

I NEEDED MY MOWER SERVICED AND ASKED MY NEIGHBOR WHERE TO GO, HE TOLD ME JB IN HAZLET. I BROUGHT IT TO THEM AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT A WEEK......AND IT WAS. THE PEOPLE WERE SO FRIENDLY, AND I REALLY FELT LIKE THEY APPRECIATED MY BUSINESS.I AM DONE WITH THE BOX STORES! I DEFINITELY WILL GO BACK REAL SOON....
