Kevin, Joe, and the rest of the mechanical staff at Eurotechnik in Hendersonville, NC are true professionals with a genuine commitment to quality customer service. My wife and I were treated like family on our first visit to Eurotechnik in November of 2015. One of the best aspects of Eurotechniks service is Kevin's ability to explain complex mechanical issues to my wife. Like most married men, I believe...... happy wife equals happy life. Kevin was able to explain the repair process to her and give her an honest quote on parts and labor. Kevin has a unique ability to communicate the mechanical and technical jargon so my wife can understand the repair process. This explaination occured while they both looked at the engine and lead to a stress free transaction. One month later the water pump on our BMW started leaking and Joe was able to pressure test the cooling system. Joe's pressure test quickly diagnosed the problem as a leaking water pump. The water pump was recently replaced in Florida and still under the BMW's 2 year warranty. Joe's troubleshooting and write up allowed us to collect on our warranty and resulted in a free repair. We recently traded in one of our BMW sedans for a Chevy Tahoe. Kevin and Joe conducted a pre-purchase inspection prior to our purchase of the 2015 Chevy Tahoe. The Tahoe is still under factory warranty. Our intention was to ensure that we were not purchasing a wrecked or damaged used vehicle. We will continue to use Eurotechnik for routine scheduled maintenance on the new Tahoe. We will also continue to use Eurotechnik for service and performance upgrades to my 2008 BMW 535i. Now that we have a newer SUV under factory warranty...... it is time to turn up the boost on those turbos!!!
