La Nail & Spa

I was pretty impressed with this place over-all. I went in with my mother when they were mildly busy. We both received mani/pedis for a pretty decent price. I liked the young guy who did my nails, he was very accommodating. And my mom said the woman who did her nails did a good job, too. Will be coming back.

If you get anyone other than the one lady to give you a gel manicure, DON'T DO IT! I've had her in the past and the manicure lasted almost 3 weeks, had a different guy last Sunday, SIX DAYS AGO, and have huge chips on 3 of my nails! If they get busy they will rush you right the out the door without all the normals you pay for when not busy. Not worth it!! What a waste of $35!!

Terrible service, poor time management, and awful planning. I don't recommend this salon unless you want to wait an hour or more being told it won't be long each time you ask. They have lost my business.

I checked all the places in Hermitage, and this was the most inexpensive on their regular prices. A basic pedicure costs $28, add a basic manicure for $10. The atmosphere is pleasant and the people are friendly. I upgraded my manicure to a gel manicure. (be careful because they will suggest an upgrade for more money.) I was pleased with my gel manicure, but I have two negative comments. The time: I arrived at 10:40 AM and didn't leave until 12:35PM. This was for a mani-Pedi. I asked 2 times if I would be done before 12:30, because I had to go to work and they said yes. Also for some reason the nail polish on my big toe got messed up. The girl tried to fix it., but when we looked at it again, it looked exactly the same, She tried to fix it again right before I left, but it came out messed up again. I would have stayed until it was fixed, but I was late for work.

I was very unhappy when I got my nails done here. I got acrylic nails and 3 days after I got them it looked like I had had them on for 5 weeks. When I went on to see what they could do all they said was that my nails grew fast and that they could file them. This was not fixing them. I hope that they can improve for their and their costumers best interest.

I got my nails done here for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. I was worried that I wouldn't like my nails because I know that I can be pretty picky and particular. I told my nails person how I wanted them done and he did them accordingly. Now I love my nails and can't stop looking at them! Definitely will come back again. Everyone is so nice too.

I absolutely love this place, they are so funny and clean with their work. Every-time i come to the mall i have to get my nails done here. they make me feel like a princess and the beautiful decoration they have with their friendly service im very pleased and will support this business. thanks Shelly M.
